This was Rwandan President, Paul Kagame at Rubavu District which was hit by flooding, in May 2023.
The disaster k!lled 131 and displaced many happened in 2 days. Kagame was on the ground, taking a real assessment.
Meanwhile, Niger state, Nigeria, was hit by flooding on May 28th. Over 200 people were k!lled and over 1,000 people were pronounced missing in just 1 day.
