  • In this picture, Davido, one of Africa’s biggest artists, is sitting beside a young man who happens to be the second son of one of Nigeria’s Ministers.

The location is an expensive restaurant in the heart of Paris, France. A civil servant on a Nigerian salary cannot afford a plate of food here.

The son of the Nigerian Minister who sat here comfortably and spent a fortune to dine and whine with Davido doesn’t have a known job and is publicly known to be idle, except that he helps his father to carry luggage sometimes.

This is a summary story of Nigeria. What a civil servant, who has served for over 20 years can’t afford, the jobless son of a Minister, who has served for just 2 years, can afford much more at the snap of his fingers.

    End of Story.

  • Here’s The Gist About This Picture!

The man to the left is the Governor of Lagos State, Nigeria’s biggest city. Next to him, equally shining teeth, is “Nigeria’s President.” Don’t bother over who the one standing on the far right is.

The Governor flew from Lagos to Abuja to “thank the President” for “wishing” him “happy birthday” on his last birthday.

The Governor travelled in an entourage, with a retinue of aides, on a heavy cost covered by the state budget, from Lagos to Abuja, to “thank the President for being kind enough to wish the governor a “Happy Birthday.”

They took this picture after the Governor concluded his “thank-you-for-wishing-me-a-happy-birthday” visit, as proof that the governor truly came to “thank the President for the birthday wishes.

  • Kenyans are back on the streets, protesting against their President, Ruto. This time, they are more defiant.

It is a #RutoMustGo protest. They want President Ruto out of office.

What sim did Ruto commit that Tinubu hasn’t committed in triple fold?

  • Their target was never Peter Obi’s brother. It wasn't directly Peter Obi either.

The target is us, Nigerians. They want to gauge our reactions and resolve by gradually picking on the Obi, whom we claim to love and support, and who is audaciously mobilizing us for democratic revolution.

If the reaction is cold, not violent in confrontation, they’ll strike Obi, directly. They will believe that Obi’s support base has lost steam and strength to match the brutality that is coming.

When the “shepherd is taken out, the sheep will scamper.”

What happened to Obi’s brother is a tip of the iceberg. It is too little compared to what they have planned next for Obi himself.

As I had predicted, Peter Obi may not be allowed to do a statewide rally in some states in 2027. Obidients have to be prepared to confront or settle for grassroots canvassing, by then.

And let me add, if these contrived, well-executed persecution against Obi is allowed to continue, we should all forget about the 2027 elections. No one will be able to stand the v!olence that will play out.

    Hope this helps.

  • Why will the President of the country wait for the Opposition Leader to address certain critical issues affecting the country before he makes a statement on them?

    I’m referring to Bola!

  • The Sahel States (Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger) that pulled out of ECOWAS are starting their own Games.

This means they may never return to ECOWAS, unless, maybe, ECOWAS changes leadership.

It is happening for the first time in ECOWAS history, with Tinubu as the body's leader!

  • Seyi Makinde’s case is a reason to appreciate the man Peter Obi is.

In Nigeria, Governors loot in their first tenure mostly to finance their second tenure election and keep enough change (in case).

But they loot in their second tenure to secure generational wealth, fund future political ambitions and “unforeseen circumstances.”

That's likely what Seti Makinde did by allocating a whopping N63 billion to renovate a government house, which neither he nor his deputy lives in.

Perhaps, there needs to be enough money for whatever plans he may have, for his children to have “enough” to waste, and for his family to “live above means.”

Peter Obi served for two tenures, in neither of which was any “frivolous” or “overbloated” contract found. It is ABNORMAL in the Nigerian political sense and system.

  • Is there anyone in a position of leadership or power in Nigeria that values the vast amount of talent our people have? Imagine if every Nigerian athlete did this...would the Nigerian Athletics Federation even care ? What is the country doing to convince our best to play/ compete for Nigeria?

  • This was Rwandan President, Paul Kagame at Rubavu District which was hit by flooding, in May 2023.

The disaster k!lled 131 and displaced many happened in 2 days. Kagame was on the ground, taking a real assessment.

Meanwhile, Niger state, Nigeria, was hit by flooding on May 28th. Over 200 people were k!lled and over 1,000 people were pronounced missing in just 1 day.

Guess what Tinubu, Nigeria’s so-called President chose to do on May 28th? He went on to host the ECOWAS political elite at Eko Hotels and Suites.

Tinubu is a politician and not a leader!
